Father Dorau was ordained in 2017.
He served at Our Lady of Victory Parish in Davenport and Divine Mercy Parish in Burlington before being assigned as Pastor of St. John the Baptist Parish in Houghton and St. James the Less Parish in St. Paul July of 2020. In July of 2022 Fr. Dan accepted the additional pastorship of St. Mary's in West Point and St. Boniface in Farmington, Iowa.
