If you need a copy of your Sacramental records you will need to submit a Sacramental Records Request Form to Jen in our parish office. Please download the form, (it is a word document) then save and attach in an email to [email protected] or print and send to the parish office. The Diocese of Davenport no longer allows us to take verbal requests for copies of sacramental records.
Confirmation: Students in 8th & 9th grade prepare for Confirmation by learning various aspects of the Catholic faith, participating in small group discussions, and completing local service projects. Our program is designed to help students grow in their personal relationship with God by helping them understand their beliefs and equipping them to live and share their faith. All students are required to have 2 consecutive years of religious education, either in Religious Ed or at Holy Trinity, when preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation. Students should be enrolled and actively participating in classes for one year prior to the year he/she prepares for the celebration of the Sacrament.
