If you need a copy of your Sacramental records you will need to submit a Sacramental Records Request Form to Jen in our parish office. Please download the form, (it is a word document) then save and attach in an email to [email protected] or print and send to the parish office. The Diocese of Davenport no longer allows us to take verbal requests for copies of sacramental records.

First Communion:    Each year Students and their parents will participate in a First Communion meeting in January. Followed by the retreat and First Communion which is generally celebrated in the early Spring for second grade students.  All students are required to have 2 consecutive years of religious education, either in Religious Ed or at Holy Trinity, when preparing for the Sacrament of Communion.  Students should be enrolled and actively participating in classes for one year prior to the year he/she prepares for the celebration of the Sacraments.
